Our leading financial client is looking for a Creative Project Manager to join their Creative team! 

The Creative  team within our client’s larger Marketing group is looking for a Project Manager (PM) to help manage approvals, liaise with various stakeholders across the firm and organize all outstanding workstreams. The PM will be responsible for maintaining the team’s project tracker as well as flagging any upcoming deadlines. They will also coordinate weekly deliverables and prep for meetings with Marketing leadership.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain & optimize current trackers to ensure the team is on deadline
  • Help run weekly content pipeline meetings alongside other Marketing PMs
  • Develop project plans and timelines for new initiatives
  • Flag upcoming deadlines and action items to owners as needed
  • Manage content approvals with reviewers in various areas of the firm (e.g., Legal & Compliance)
  • Update leadership on near-term projects / deadlines

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years experience
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable wearing many hats in fast paced environment
  • Process oriented, works well with the creatives.
  • Experience with large agency or in house 
  • Good at building and maintaining relationships across the firm
  • Has worked in the financial services industry in a similar capacity
