Summary: 

Support partner go-to-market campaigns, partnering with studio GPMs, Brand, PR, Social, CELA, and others as needed, to enable partner Game Pass executions in a scalable and consistent manner.

Responsibilities: 

  • Support partner with campaign planning.
  • Provide guidance on the selection of game titles for partner campaigns.
  • Identify partner studio comarketing opportunities.
  • Plan & manage partner studio executions.
  • Represent partner interests in studio discussions and vice versa.
  • Project management as required for partner campaigns, etc.
  • Deliver insightful recommendations in a persuasive and thoughtful manner.
  • Cross-train resources to ensure proper coverage (e.g. ahead of vendor’s consecutive access break).

Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, preferred.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
  • 3+ years experience required.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software.

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Go-to-Market Campaign Support Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for supporting partner go-to-market campaigns, partnering with studio GPMs, Brand, PR, Social, CELA, and others as needed, to enable partner Game Pass executions in a scalable and consistent manner.

  • Xbox/Gaming Studio Experience: 3+ years of experience required
  • Project Management Experience: 3+ years of experience required
  • Microsoft Suite proficiency: [Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.]

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $50.00 to $55.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
