Job Overview: As a B2B Inside Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and developing our inside sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and enhancing the overall sales process. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and contribute to a growing organization.

Responsibilities and Duties:

– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

– Lead, mentor, and inspire the inside sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

– Provide ongoing training to enhance the team’s skills and product knowledge.

– Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.

– Collaborate with the outside sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies, create and execute targeted campaigns.

– Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

– Provide input to product development based on customer feedback and market demand.

– Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.

– Utilize sales data to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports.

– Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess individual and team performance.

– Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities.

– Use market data to help prepare company pricing policies and guidelines.

– Work closely with the leadership team to contribute to the overall success and growth of the company.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

– Proven experience in inside sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

– Strong leadership and team management skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

– Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for informed decision-making.

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

– Familiarity with inside sales strategies.

– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Travel Requirements:

· This position may require occasional travel to attend industry events, meetings with partners, and other business-related activities. Candidates should be prepared for periodic travel as needed to fulfill job responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
