This is an full time hourly position with Aquent Studios.
Candidates must reside in the San Jose, CA area and be able to go on-site.
This position plays crucial role supporting the Customer Innovation Center Team to host and facilitate conversations between the sales teams with their customers and partners.
The ideal candidate must have incredible attention to detail, a passion for customer service, as well as the ability to maintain a professional and enthusiastic attitude in a fast-paced environment is a necessity.
1. Engagement room setup
a. Print engagement collateral
b. Set up room for customer engagements
c. Security notifications
2. Data Entry in a timely manner
a. Enter written engagement feedback
b. Entering visitor data
3. Managing catering orders and entries
4. Manage CIC collateral and gift inventory
5. Staff meeting notes
6. Maintain lab/tour list for San Jose Site
a. Identify new tour opportunities
b. Outline the engagement process to book tours of labs
7. Manage customer check-in
a. Welcoming CIC visitors
b. Checking visitors into the CIC
8. Partner with CEAs to create premier engagement experiences
a. Documenting premier experiences
b. Aiding in creating a playbook for best practices
