Marketing Generalist - Hybrid - Irving, TX

Overview

The Marketing Generalist will be responsible for creating presentations and collateral for a financial services
firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and be able to work independently. The Marketing
Generalist will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute B2C marketing campaigns. The
candidate should be able to conduct market research, consult with creative teams to come up with branding
ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copies. They should also be able to investigate
the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance
metrics. The Marketing Generalist should be able to create innovative marketing campaigns depending on
robust data and present the recommendations to management. Establishing and maintaining robust digital and
email marketing promotions through LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter to drive lead generation and
sales.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
 3+ years of experience in marketing
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Monday.com, Salesforce, Hubspot

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $30.00 to $34.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
