Typical Day in the Role:
As a Senior Program Manager specializing in Secrets Management and Cybersecurity Governance, your primary focus will be on identifying and implementing governance for unassigned secrets within government enterprise systems. You will play a pivotal role in standardizing access authentication and authorization processes for all resources within Azure services. Your typical day will involve a 50/50 split between collaboration and independent work. This includes driving program management aspects through meetings, identifying stakeholders, aligning accountabilities/responsibilities, and ensuring operational processes are seamlessly executed. No coding is involved; instead, the emphasis is on governance, stakeholder alignment, and establishing standardized processes. The role requires providing documented artifacts and signing off on final outcomes.

- Cybersecurity Experience: 10+ years of experience.
- Governance Frameworks: A deep understanding of processes, race charts, and gaining alignment. 10+ years of experience.
- Cybersecurity Risk Management Frameworks: Writing cross-organizational charters and operationally executing them. 10+ years of experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $80 to $85/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan.
