Overview

For this assignment with Aquent client, we are seeking a Photo Producer to produce editorial & key art shoots.

Responsibilities

• Be the liaison between the creative team and external production companies for photoshoots
• Collaborate with the Lead Producer in kicking off projects, setting out timelines and shoot objectives 
• Oversee all parts of the production process from shoot planning through post-production
• Be the point of contact between photographer agents, managing the communication for availability, creative briefs,
• rates, usage, contracts, and deliverables
• Collaborate with other internal departments, sharing information and shoot production strategy
• Setup and attend production/creative calls with lead art directors and internal cross department partners
• Archive shoot content & documentation
• Manage budgets, oversee external production companies spend, coordinate PO’s with finance
• Track post production per project and create a deliverables calendar
• Occasional travel to attend may be required

Key Qualifications

• 8 years in photo / video production with line production experience. 
• The ideal candidate has extensive experience working, including on set, with production companies, photographers and directors of all levels on all types of shoots.
• You possess strong communication, project and time management skills, are incredibly organized and have a proven ability to work collaboratively with others — in a fast-paced, constantly-changing environment.
• You are a motivated, self-starter who stays calm under pressure.
• You are enthusiastic about music and pop culture, with an eye for detail and craft-focused skills. 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $64 to $71 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
