UI Designer – Design Systems Specialist

Overview

looking for a talented UI designer to join our digital design team – supporting our enterprise design system efforts.

The right candidate will have between 3-6 years of experience designing world class, user centric digital experiences and a deep familiarity in the production, design, and maintenance of design systems.

We’re looking for the following tangibles in this candidate:

Experience working with branding guidelines and execution against them to create seamless consistency
Ability to parse research findings and use them to inform design solutions
An expert eye for color and typography; coupled with accessibility best practices knowledge
An understanding of design and grid systems with the ability to manage a component library
Experience in documenting design components
Experience working with Figma and using the tool to develop robust, testing-ready prototypes
An understanding of the latest testing methods to optimize the customer experience
A portfolio that demonstrates world class design for consumer marketing; with case studies to illustrate the process they followed to arrive at their solutions
Ability and experience to successfully collaborate in an agile practice – working closely Product Owners, Content Strategists, Developers, and Scrum Leaders
