A fast-growing and dynamic Marketing Agency is hiring a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the agency by identifying and nurturing qualified leads through the sales funnel.
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting, understanding prospect needs, providing strategic solutions, and collaborating with our client services team to ensure client success. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and optimization of our sales processes, create sales enablement materials, and provide regular reports on the health of our sales pipeline.
This role is fully remote to USA (West Coast candidates preferred). Base salary plus generous commission structure. Excellent growth opportunities and ability to work closely with leadership.

First year TOTAL COMP is estimated between $80-95K, with the ability to increase over time based on performance.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or sales
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar business development or sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation: Drive qualified leads through various stages of the sales funnel by identifying potential clients and initiating contact.
Creative Outbound Prospecting: Conduct cold outbound strategies, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach, to engage with prospects.
Needs Assessment: Uncover prospect needs and goals, collaborating with the client services team to provide tailored strategic solutions.
Sales Briefs: Document prospect information and requirements by creating detailed sales briefs to aid the team in the development of proposals.
Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate in keeping company sales forecast and goals up to date and assist in the development and optimization of company’s sales processes.
Sales Enablement: Create sales enablement materials, including presentations, pitch decks, and case studies, to support the sales team.
Pipeline Reporting: Provide regular reports on the daily, weekly, and monthly health of the sales pipeline, including lead conversion rates and revenue forecasts.
