Change Management Program Manager

Overview

Our technology client is looking for a Change Management Program Manager to join their team to manage adoption of large initiatives across their organization (~3,500 employees). This position will be working on designated initiatives and develop a deep understanding of what it takes to ensure uptake and increase adoption of that initiative. This position will work closely with the CMO lead and the Director of Quality to have maximum alignment with the organizational goals for those initiatives. This person will be responsible for identifying gaps in Awareness, Desire, Knowledge and Ability and create mitigation plans as well as execute on those mitigation plans after review and sign of from the leadership team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.

• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.

• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.

• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $51.34 – $55.16 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
