Our well known financial services client is looking for a talented Marketing Business Analytics Professional to come and join their team.
This role is 100% remote, but candidates located in EST are preferred.
In this role you will be responsible for informing new and improved marketing approaches and future testing opportunities for new high priority platforms (our client’s new browser-based retailer savings program) through tracking and analysis of emails and digital placements, as well as competitive intelligence and Wildfire client learnings. Additionally, you will partner with Wildfire to build out additional online dashboard capabilities to enhance our client’s platform from its initial state, including scoping out the addition of Merchant Offers to the their Dashboard, to maximize marketing impact while optimizing capacity in delivery channels.
You will partner with Analytics, Marketing, and Product teams as well as a variety of other cross-functional stakeholders and business areas, including digital and operations teams, to ensure high integrity of the tracking data that will provide robust views into the customer experience and actions, and turning that data into actionable insights.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $60 to $65 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
Core Responsibilities
The following responsibilities are key to the role:
- Providing insights into the customer’s online behavior, from initially setting up tracking tags (in Pega and/or Adobe Site Catalyst), synthesizing the data (in Tableau and/or Excel), and making recommendations on new and better marketing approaches
- Partnering with Analytics team to layer additional data (customer profiles, sales, revenue, etc.) on top of the marketing funnel data to provide a holistic picture of which customers should see which offers and in which channels/placements
- Regularly monitoring for abnormalities in the data that could indicate breaks in the functionality or customer flow
- Optimizing digital engagement to improve results and elevate the overall customer experience based on results and best practices
- Explore and understand potential new dashboard capabilities, from either competitive analysis or through conversations with Wildfire, and help to rationalize which will provide the best return on investment/effort for our client.
- Working across multi-functional teams, such as:
- Product and Marketing Strategy team
- Digital Channel team and Operations
- Marketing Analytics partner to report campaign results and campaign optimization recommendations
Qualifications
- Proven track record in digital marketing with 5-10 years of experience required
- Experience with digital marketing reporting and analysis (e.g., Tableau or other)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization
- High energy, solutions oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
- Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement
- Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint presentation
- Specific experience in financial services including debit or credit marketing experience is a plus
