C$27-29 / hr.
Our Toronto-based retail client is looking for a copywriter who has a passion for retail and storytelling to join their team.
The copywriter will be required to create engaging, on-brand, omni-channel content including digital landing pages, emails, digital banner ads and social posts.
Hours will be part-time. primarily 20-25 hours/ week, but may work up to 37 hours / week as needed
-Has excellent ad-writing skills and a good grasp of CP style, spelling and grammar.
-Editing and refining e-commerce and stakeholder requests into customer-facing copy using Canadian Tire’s tone of voice.
-Work closely with Copy Manager to ensure copy style guides and best practices are adhered to.
-Collaborate with designers, studio and project managers through the review process and feedback stages.
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Flexible schedule with the ability to attend a virtual weekly meetings and an in-person monthly copy meeting.
-Excellent time management skills are a must.
