We are looking for a Creative Project Manager for one of our Global Sportswear Brand clients. This will be a 15-month contract hybrid role (1 day onsite) based in Portland, OR. This role will start at 20 hours per week but could increase.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Manage projects within the Workplaces team with a focus on branding. Branding projects include art installations, wall graphics, team and product display, paint, furniture, and internal communications (intranet, video, print).

● Develop and maintain design standards for the Workplace environment. Organize and socialize processes and practices to maintain design standards.

● Audit, document, and activate opportunities for reusing, archiving, or recycling brand artifacts. Coordinate with local and global teams to support the documentation of brand history.

● Engage and collaborate with the Employee Experience global team, and participate in global conversations about activations and experiences to bring to all regions.

● Collaborate with regional internal and external partners to bring Employee Experience activation to NAM and LAM sites

● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain best practices within the company. Establish relationships to support fluid communications.

● Research new processes and practices for supporting positive employee growth potential as it relates to the Workplace environment. Participate and activate diversity and inclusion initiatives as it relate to the Workplace environment.

● Collaborate with global partners to create design guidelines specific to the client’s Workplace environment.

● Align with Brand Design’s current and future initiatives to ensure the design guidelines are up to date.

● Write, design, develop, and produce documents to be socialized as guidelines for Workplace projects.

● Collaborate with global partners to implement and maintain an asset library specific to Workplace installations.

● Assist in developing structures and processes for organizing design assets.

● Ensure structure is aligned with workplace guidelines.
