We are looking for a talented Assistant Photo Editor to join our fast-paced,
in-house Creative Marketing team. This person will work closely with stakeholders across
Marketing, Product, and Editorial to source and develop our photo library across multiple
brands. Candidates should have a strong eye for marketing imagery, specifically focusing on
wedding visuals, that create a joyful user experience and elevate our brands. The primary
area of focus will be supporting our Pro brands.
The ideal candidate would source photos from internal photo shoots, stock photography,
and real images that would be placed across web, mobile, email, social platforms
and occasionally print.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Work under the direction of the Marketing Photo Manager
● Passionately maintain the look and feel of our brands’ visual style
● Work on projects that include but are not limited to Marketing campaigns, desktop
and mobile web design, social media, and emails
● Collaborate closely with internal teams to help ensure that the strategic goals and
objectives are met
● Research and select imagery for editorial content (newsletter, content hub)
● Real Wedding UGC + trend research for WeddingWire and The Knot
● Source stock images for marketing campaigns
● Facilitate outreach to photographer and vendors for image usage
● Support our Product team with requests for images within landing pages and across
our websites
● Assist Photo Editor and Video team with day to day needs, as needed
● Ownership of stock collection curation
● Ownership of organizing marketing imagery

SUCCESSFUL PHOTO EDITOR CANDIDATES HAVE:
● BFA or BA in Graphic Design or equivalent program
● 1-2 years of marketing experience, within a visual or creative environment
● Must have strong knowledge of photography
● Exceptional portfolio of work displaying a range of visual representation across web,
mobile, email, digital banners, PDFs/one-pagers, etc.

● Excellent communication organization and time management skills.
● Ability to multi-task various projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality
is a MUST
● Desire to learn how the needs of our business drive what we do
● Must be a team-player, collaborator, problem solver and owner with a passion for
detail
● Working knowledge of Figma.
● Strong knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop),
PowerPoint. Google Slides/Keynote animations a plus.
