As the Brand Marketing Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and driving the successful execution of creative projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, creative agencies, and other stakeholders, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role combines your passion for creativity with your exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
Project Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including
timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project
requirements and facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to
keep projects on track.
Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high
creative and production standards.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects
are delivered within budget constraints.
Internal Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients,
providing regular project updates and addressing their needs and concerns.
Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting
notes, and project files.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities to optimize project
management processes and workflows.
Reporting: Generate and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders and
Market Research: Conduct research and benchmarking to identify industry trends,
best practices, and opportunities for development.
Resource Management: Manage contracts and RFP processes to ensure compliance
and the company is receiving the best value for its marketing spend.
Creative Implementation: Distribute toolkits to relevant stakeholders and ensure that
they have the necessary resources to effectively promote the brand.
B2B Projects: Execute B2B marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand marketing or a related field.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
Experience managing budgets and optimizing spend.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Monday.com, Canva,
PowerPoint, Adobe Suite).
Experience with vendor management and production management.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
PMP certification or similar project management certification is a plus.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 – $54/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
