  • Generate and support innovative creative writing ideas that deliver and adhere to the brand vision and brand standards while ensuring consistency.
  • Bring ideas and creative to life across a wide scope of unique projects through innovation and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with peers, internal business teams and external agencies.
  • Apply deep and demonstrated experience in writing for a broad range of deliverables that include sales whitepapers, digital marketing industry one-sheets, LinkedIn and other B2B marketing collateral.
  • Successfully use skills and knowledge to create compelling ideas and pitches that are on brand and meet or exceed business objectives.


  • Minimum 5+ years as a Writer at an agency and/or in-house corporate environment.
  • Looking for B2B writing experience for a broad range of deliverables that includes sales whitepapers, digital marketing industry one-sheets, LinkedIn and other B2B marketing collateral.
  • Portfolio filled with examples of how their contributions assisted in the development of breakthrough creative, with emphasis on digital.
  • Must have top-notch writing and editing skills, including knowledge of proper punctuation, spelling and grammar.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to generate and support impactful creative writing ideas and executions that deliver and adhere to the brand vision and brand standards while ensuring consistency.
  • Ability to understand a marketing brief and translate the input into ideas.
  • Have ability to tell a sales story using data and metrics.
  • Knowledge of digital media marketing or retail media marketing industry.
  • Ability to demonstrate a passion for strategic and creative problem solving and deep understanding of design.
  • Well organized and able to communicate ideas and develop strategies.
  • Strong team player with enthusiasm, positive attitude, and the willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, which may include extended hours when necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Technical skills include the Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office and proficient on a Mac.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Retail experience.
  • Experience working in creative marketing agencies or marketing organizations.
  • Familiarity with MRM solutions a plus.

Education Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Journalism, English, Creative Writing, Advertising/Communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $43.97 – $48.86 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
