We’re looking for an experienced content strategist create and write the narrative around Health AI projects, aimed at internal and external audiences, both locally and globally. The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller and strategist, and has hands-on experience creating, editing, and executing multimedia content (for example: blogs, publications, videos, demos, talks for events). This is a highly collaborative role that will requires close work with multidisciplinary teams and both internal & external partners.


  • Strategize on content creation and production in collaboration with cross-functional team members (UX, PM, Engineering, Research Scientists) 
  • Influence or evolve product vision by contributing to a cohesive product narrative with minimal assistance
  • Develop and implement content strategy for Health AI project visibility. This includes defining the goals of the content, identifying the target audience, and creating a plan for creating, publishing, and promoting the content
  • Uphold design standards such as voice and tone principles that influence the brand of the product concept
  • Plan, balance, manage, and execute prioritized work, making progress independently to achieve well-defined objectives.
  • Leverage standard writing and design tools to help visualize ideas or develop mock-ups or prototypes.
  • Tailor deliverables to product or platform requirements with minimal guidance. 
  • Identify and follow design templates, style guides, and accessibility guidelines.
  • Establish a content design process within a team


  • Bachelor’s degree is required for this role. 
  • 3+ years of professional related experience working in hi-tech marketing, content strategy, brand strategy, and/or product storytelling. 
  • Content design. 
  • Ability to define, design, and create content-focused user experiences and deliver information for specific user needs and markets. 
  • Craftsmanship Ability to make design decisions that result in a coherent product, platform, or user experience, including the ability to question and assess execution, craft, longevity, and scale of designs. 
  • Data-driven design. 
  • Ability to analyze information, draw conclusions, generate alternatives and solutions, and evaluate outcomes. This includes the ability to use data to add value to business planning and strategies. Design sensibility 
  • Ability to make design decisions that increase intuitive use and comprehension, which may be based on relevant research, trends, and the appropriate application of the brand and voice. 
  • Presentations Ability to prepare effective presentations in content and function, and to speak competently to the level of the audience.
  • Product design. Knowledge of product design principles and user-centric processes.
  • Product development lifecycle. Knowledge of the overall process for developing products. This includes knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of engineering and other functions, major phases, checkpoints, and deliverables. This also includes the ability to identify common issues and considerations for delivering a product. 
  • Software systems thinking Ability to analyze situations or problems at the system level or from a broader technical or organizational perspective. This includes the ability to consider how factors or components in a system interrelate and work over time within the context of larger systems. 
  • Storytelling Ability to influence and inspire an audience by crafting stories using data that elicit empathy or create buy-in. 
  • Writing Ability to craft intuitive language that appeals to and guides a diverse global audience while also adapting to the needs, voice, tone, and constraints of the product at hand. User behavior Knowledge of behavioral characteristics of users and their goals with regards to the problem being solved. This includes the knowledge of how user behavior informs product design and development.

Ideal Candiate:

  • 5+ years of experience. 
  • Superb writing, editing, and project management skills. 
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a high level of craft in content and design. 
  • Ability to think creatively, dream big, be strategic, and then execute in a structured way. 
  • Proven ability to analyze opportunities and solve problems. Native-level English. 
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including delivery at a senior level. 
  • Able to understand and communicate complex technical information clearly and accurately. 
  • Work approach Proactive and entrepreneurial, able to jump in and try new ideas, finding the right balance between speed and quality 
  • A strong sense of focus and attention to detail while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Highly collaborative team player. 
  • Open to occasional meetings in the morning or evening (US hours) where relevant – our team is primarily based in the Bay Area, but extended team members are located globally, across North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Laptop and headset provided for meetings taken out of office.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $76.11 to $84.57 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
