Aquent Studios is building a team to assist an International Hotel client in the creation of digital content in their new CMS platform. Our team of Talents will review and transfer content into the new Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environment. Talent will be responsible for decisioning on the webpage layout, to collaborate with colleagues regularly, and be accountable for assigned webpage production. As there may not be a thorough QA on all assets due to the volume of assets, it is critical that the Talent has extreme attention to detail and ability to self QA work. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will be trained to accurately transfer content to a new publishing environment via copy/paste, image upload and other methods

  • Decipher web content and apply a set of guidelines to judge how to migrate content into the new AEM environment

  • Self-manage an assigned list of pages against a deadline

  • Quality-control your own and peer migrated content including content, links, and imagery

  • Attend routine scrums and report on progress and roadblocks

  • Raise and document issues or questions about content to the Project Leadership

Skills and experience required:

  • Proficient with computers and ability to assemble PC with monitors and keyboard in a remote setting

  • Proficient with MS Office tools and Google Suite

  • Understanding of how web pages work, data hierarchy and link hierarchy relationships

  • Must have Content Management System (CMS) experience 

  • Comfort researching and working with peers to find solutions for unforeseen obstacles

  • Demonstrate ability to quickly learn new software tools and applications

  • Thorough and accurate in accomplishing tasks

  • Experience working in large spreadsheets or data sets

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Comfortable with self-managed, independent work requiring limited oversight

  • Collaborative, team-oriented personality with a strong sense of initiative

  • Ability to own work from concept to completion and take accountability for results

  • Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills

  • Very high attention to detail

  • Nimble and handles changes in direction with a good attitude

  • An understanding of HTML is a plus (but not required)

  • AEM experience is a plus (but not required)
