This position is responsible for the paid media consultation for the global hospitality leader’s Digital Services group, which creates and supports comprehensive in-house digital services programs for participating hotels. These centralized offerings provide individual hotels with paid media consultation services, and function in an agency-like model within the Global eCommerce Digital Services organization. 

The Digital Consultant will assist in the execution of paid media tactics that support the objectives outlined in each client’s Digital Marketing Plan. The position focuses on implementing and measuring paid media tactics designed to acquire customers to client hotels. All tactics will be economically viable, efficient, repeatable, KPI-driven, and scalable.

The Digital Analyst is tasked with staying up-to-date on industry best-practices and works to implement new ideas, techniques and tactics within the Digital Services programs. He or she will work cross-functionally with various clients to advance the value of paid media marketing at the hotel level. This role includes collaboration with Consultant(s), vendors with the implementation of paid media tactics across Client programs and for special projects. 


Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated strong communication skills working in a client facing role

  • Atleast 1 year of relevant digital marketing work experience, paid media experience 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver a positive client experience

  • Strong in Excel and interpretation of data


Skills and Experience: 

  • Manage execution of paid media related tactics that support the overarching client strategies and goals

  • Easily adapt to the ever-changing digital landscape to implement new processes and execute on new tactics

  • Effectively prioritize workload to accomplish a variety of tasks for multiple Clients, Paid Media Managers, and other stakeholders. 

  • Manage a queue of inquiries and collaborate with the team on consistent, prompt, and accurate responses

  • Responsible for monthly client calls and account audits of client paid media plans. 

  • Utilize internal Marriott reporting and content management systems, Aquent proprietary reporting, as well as outside vendor dashboards and tools


Paid Media Management and Execution

  • Responsible for the daily execution paid media consultation services, including and not limited to individual hotel paid media strategy and tactics, including the funding, analysis and measurement of campaign performance

  • Comply with Paid Media guidelines and standards; ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to Client’s Global Digital strategy.

  • Engage with Marriott Clients and maintain/cultivate Client relationships

  • Leverage Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey responses to improve client satisfaction; maintain a personal minimum 80% NPS score 

  • Work cross-functionally with enterprise and brand teams to advance Paid Media opportunities at the hotel level. 


Managing Execution

  • Analyzes campaign performance; provides tactical recommendations for increased performance

  • Assists in identifying advertising channels that are most effective at driving conversions, revenue, ROAS, and scale across Digital Service programs

  • Measures the success of time-sensitive content using appropriate key performance indicator (KPI) classifications – clicks, CPC, conversion, ROAS

  • Reviews and analyzes results from current program offerings & suggests changes and enhancements to help increase conversions, revenue, and ROAS

  • Set high standards of performance for self and/or others; assume responsibility for work objectives; initiates, focuses, and monitors the efforts of self and/or others toward the accomplishment goals

  • Proactively takes action and goes beyond minimum requirements

  • Ability to excel in a remote work setting

Compensation Range: $25-27/Hourly

The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location
