Pay: $46 – 48 / hourly as W2, full benefits offered.
EST hours required – must sit CST or EST
Length of contract: 12-18 months, possible extension past that point

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $46 to $48 / hourly as a W2 employee.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in a 401k plan with company match.

Our Financial client is looking for a skilled Product Manager to support their co-branded projects. They are looking for a Product Manager who has experience managing complex engagements and can collaborate across cross-functional internal and external teams to facilitate products involving the implementation of digital and integrated point-of-sale solutions including instant credit acquisitions, payment and monetary transaction processing, digital wallet, and customer servicing across channels including in store, online, phone and mobile.

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager who has an execution-oriented client facing competency that applies proven, accredited change skills and domain experience and able to partner with our clients to help them drive measurable value by:

  • Delivering new products and strategies to market smoothly and efficiently
  • Successfully implementing complex technology assets and delivering the most challenging transformation programs to create the new business as usual

As a Product Manager, you will manage multiple projects within our client ecosystem providing efficient and effective coordination of a complex range of activities by clearly defining project team and stakeholder roles and responsibilities that are aligned with the delivery of the expected benefits. You will also ensure effective identification of risks and proactive solutioning to mitigate risks and impact on timelines.

About the role:

  • Experience in defining business/technical strategies & concepts; working with variety of business, technical, operational, marketing and legal/regulatory staff is preferred
  • Own business responsibility for the assigned product(s) including end-to-end customer & partner experiences, map out visual flows and secure stakeholder alignment
  • Develop business plans, implementation strategies, forecasts and performance scorecards for assigned product(s) or services – working across partners and cross-functional disciplines.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines
  • Ability to apply analytical processes, ingenuity and creativity to problem analysis and resolution of issues
  • Passionate about innovation and knowledgeable about evolving Retail & Financial space, Tools and Experiences
  • Work with Partners, Vendors Project Delivery, IT product specialists, Operations and other key stakeholders to ensure proper integration between Partner/Vendor and internal systems, definition of efficient operational processes etc.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation for internal and external use – to support and sell capabilities.
  • Manage the Governance processes for the assigned Product(s); Establish baseline & best practices guidelines for product implementation, testing/certifications.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable legal, IS and regulatory policies and practices.

Education & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Advanced degree or MBA preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or IT. Knowledge of the credit card industry is preferred.
  • Exposure specifically in payments and / or retail banking or merchants preferred; prior experience with Financial Services is preferred
  • Comfortable with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required
