About the Role: As a part-time Merchandise Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an enchanting experience for Guests attending our live show events. Your responsibilities will include providing insights on available merchandise, highlighting relevant offers, and exceeding Guests’ expectations by delivering exceptional service. You’ll have the opportunity to sell show-related merchandise, ensuring every Guest leaves with a piece of the magic.

Qualifications:

• Passion for interacting with Guests of all ages, bringing joy to their experience.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve shared goals.

• Capable of handling tasks accurately and efficiently under time pressure.

• Effective communication skills to engage with a diverse audience.

• Perform quick, accurate, and seamless till transactions to enhance the Guest experience.

• Respond to Guests’ needs in a friendly, proactive, and timely manner.

• Maintain neat and organized kiosks, ensuring accurate representation and availability of products.

• Effective time management skills to maximize efficiency.

• Alignment with core values of “People, Experience, Revenue, and Brand” through inspiring communication, integrity, and passion.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 40 lbs.

• Retail/service experience preferred but not essential.

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality as this role is customer-facing and high volume.

• Availability for evening and weekend shows/shifts.

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Retail.

• Proficiency in cash handling.

 Required Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
