Technical Program Manager

Remote; Virtual
Salary: $51.92 - $57.69 Hourly

Overview

This team is looking for a Technical Program Manager to help execute on documentation consolidation, organization, publishing information to the SharePoint, cross team collaboration and ownership of MBRs. This means owning the calendaring, distribution list, help craft deliverables/ templates, crafting and finalizing the deck, help with the transcripts, recordings, and sending out follow-ups and to-do’s post review. They will be handling long rang planning memos, prioritization planning, OKRs, run MBRs, research, all then funneled into the Skilling Hub (hosted in SharePoint).

This person will be managing three major outcomes to be accomplished:

  • Collecting and disseminating all the information clearly within the skilling hub – SharePoint
  • Building and designing, and getting all the information outlined and clearly presented
  • Running MBRs – prepping, sending comm, work back schedules, desks for the MRB, full support of those meetings
  • Helping consolidate research across the team, research across communities, customers and competitors, collecting and summarizing

REQUIRED:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Technical Program or Project Manager
  • Experience with Microsoft office suite, specifically PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Strong experience with workback schedules and planning
  • Executive level communication experience
  • Experience running MBRs – from prep to delivery

PREFERRED:

  • Fortune 500 experience
  • Experience within Technology companies and environments

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $51.92 - $57.69 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
