Role Overview: As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of various digital initiatives within our internal marketing department. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution that aligns with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate with designers, content creators, and developers to allocate resources effectively and ensure timely project execution.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and open communication channels with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and adherence to deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet or exceed established standards.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within allocated financial constraints.
- Project Tracking: Utilize project management tools to monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough project documentation, including project briefs, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes and workflows, optimizing project management efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (X years) in digital project management, preferably within an internal marketing or communications environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, content strategy, social media, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40-45/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
