Manager/Senior Manager of B2B Growth Marketing

Our Auto Finance Client is seeking a talented and visionary Manager/Senior Manager of B2B Growth Marketing to spearhead their consumer acquisition efforts within the consumer marketing team. This role will play a crucial part in the transformation and growth of their marketing function. Targeted Compensation: $109,000.00 - $180,000.00 base salary + an annual bonus plan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work remotely, with occasional planned travel to an office location, if requested by the team member.

  • Lead the development and execution of a strategic marketing agenda driven by the customer lifecycle to achieve business outcomes.

  • Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy across all digital channels.

  • Oversee the development of segmentation and targeted audiences for data-driven marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborate internally to build, test, send, and track performance marketing campaigns.

  • Analyze audience behavior and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

  • Extract insights to improve lead generation, conversion, and engagement marketing programs.

  • Utilize customer data analytics, personalization, and product recommendation systems to enable effective marketing across digital channels.

  • Identify and explore digital marketing capabilities, such as websites and mobile/social applications, to foster audience relationships.

  • Implement team rituals and streamline operations to ensure timely completion of work and enhanced visibility for the product and marketing team.

  • Provide guidance and support for the career and skill development of direct reports.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Fluent in understanding the economics of our business and identifying areas where marketing can drive growth.

  • Proficient in synthesizing insights to generate new recommendations for improving marketing and business results.

  • Experience in developing an efficient and effective end-to-end funnel journey.

  • Well-versed in MarTech with a clear understanding of capabilities that drive growth.

  • Confident in interpreting analysis and formulating analytical requests.

  • Driven by hypotheses and data in all marketing initiatives.

  • Capable of breaking down a strategy into a structured testing plan and learning agenda.

  • Skilled in creating actionable plans that accelerate speed to market.

  • Highly effective communicator who can simplify complex ideas for understanding.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • 5+ years of B2B or B2C digital marketing experience in a marketing organization with at least 20 employees (client-side or agency) (8+ years for Senior level).

  • 2+ years of experience leading marketing teams, including talent development (5+ years for Senior level).

  • 3+ years of experience in product development, brand management, or performance marketing.

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid marketing with a budget of $1MM+ (for acquisition roles) or owned channels with a user base of 2MM+ users (for engagement roles).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering.

  • MBA 

  • 3+ years working with marketing technology platforms and tools 

  • 3+ years of experience in an agile operating model  

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries 

  • 3+ years of change management experience, including strategy and training/adoption 

  • 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
