Email Marketing Specialist

Salary: $49.85 to $55.39 Hourly

Overview

We are seeking a marketing cloud email specialist to develop and execute email marketing campaigns across a variety of channels. The ideal candidate will have experience with marketing cloud or a similar marketing automation platform, and be able to create and manage email campaigns from concept to delivery. This role will be responsible for driving engagement and revenue through email marketing programs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns: This involves creating email campaigns from start to finish, including email content, design, list segmentation, and scheduling. 
• Manage email lists and segmentation: The marketing cloud email specialist will be responsible for managing and segmenting email lists to ensure that the right messages are sent to the right people. 
• Create and execute A/B tests: The marketingcloud email specialist will design and execute A/B tests to optimize email performance, including subject lines, email content, and timing. 
• Analyze campaign performance: The marketing cloud email specialist will track and analyze email campaign performance to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven recommendations to improve engagement, conversion rates, and revenue. 

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing preferably with experience in marketing cloud or similar marketing automation platform. 
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making excellent communication skills 
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email design and coding is desired. 
• Must have experience with Saleforce CRM.
• Core experience with marketing cloud or comparable email platform. 
• No education minimum required.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $49.85 to $55.39 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
